What is your shipping policy?

All shipments will be packaged according to industry standards to ensure that they arrive safely.They will also always be insured for their full retail value. Buyers will receive an email when the artwork is shipped that includes a tracking number. Most domestic orders arrive within 7-10 days and international shipments usually arrive between 2-4 weeks after the order is placed.. The best way to estimate the arrival time of your artwork is to check the assigned tracking number. What is your return policy?

It's really important to me that you are happy with what I make. If you are not satisfied with your painting, give me 30 days to make it right. If I can’t solve your issue within 30 days, return the art in its original condition and I will refund your money.

How can I pay?

I accepts all major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. I also partner with Square to set up simple payment plans.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do! The additional cost of shipping internationally as well as any taxes or duties are the buyer's responsibility and will vary depending on the size and weight of the artwork. International buyers are encouraged to contact me before placing your order for an exact shipping estimate or other related questions. 

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I offer payment plans. For any artwork or purchase totaling $1,000 or more you can divide your payment into four installments over four months, interest free.  

I also offer custom, payment plans for buyers who would like to spread out the cost of their purchase under $1,000. In order to discuss a payment plan before purchasing, please contact me at maryzeran.com.

Are works framed?

My paintings do not come framed.

How do I purchase a work of art?

To purchase a new piece of contemporary art for your collection simply click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. Follow prompts to check out or continue browsing and return to your shopping cart later by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the screen.

What if this is my first time buying art?

Great! I love working with new collectors and introducing them to the excitement of buying contemporary art online and supporting artists.

I have over 15+ years of experience working with collectors. I can help you select the at the piece that best fit your style, space, and budget. Especially if you are new to collecting, I'd be happy to speak with you to walk you through the process and answer any questions. Buying from art shouldn't be intimidating - the process should be easy and fun!

How do I know if a work will look right or fit in my space?

You can also feel free to send me a snapshot of where you’re thinking of hanging it along with the dimensions of the space and I can create a digital mockup for you!
